Chef Tarun Sibal 

With 17 years of experience, Tarun is a product specialist having core competence in food and beverage category, across production, operations, formats, food heritage and food and liquid culture.

An IHM pusa alumni, he started as a management trainee at the India Habitat center in 2003. A designation of a Sous chef, and a MBA later he ventured into food and beverage marketing helping Indian and international brands and international food boards setting up shop in India. Expertise in food and beverage business and strategic planning, market development, product development, and trade relations Tarun has worked with The French Ministry of food and agriculture, The Irish food Board and The Meat and livestock association of Australia.

He also had his romance with Wines and specialized spirits. He has worked closely with top wine houses across the globe, got the Bordeaux wine school to India, Spearheaded the Marketing and sales department at Fratelli wines and worked with the Mezcal Producers association to get Mezcal into the country. A wine geek Tarun has trained over 2000 people on Wines.

Returning to the kitchen and being an entrepreneur Tarun now is the culinary director and co-founder at One Fine Meal and award-winning catering firm and a third-generation food enterprise. He is a partner at Café Staywoke, which is voted as the best cafe in Gurgoan.

His food signature can also be seen at Sidecar the latest bar in delhi (Gk2), along with The loft by clock tower at 32 milestone Gurgoan and Ministry of Sound
